When I place my order, when will I receive it?
Currently orders take 3- 5 business days to be manufactured, packaged and shipped out to you!
Do you ship Internationally?
We are happy to say that we ship worldwide!
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Below are our shipping options and delivery times:
USPS Domestic First class Priority Mail shipping 1-5 business days
USPS Domestic Express Mail shipping 1-2 business days
USPS International First Class Mail shipping: 4-6 weeks
USPS International Priority Mail shipping: 6-10 business days
USPS International Express Mail shipping: 3-5 business days
Upon receipt of confirmation email, you can check on the status of your delivery by clicking on the link provided. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What size should I order?
We have a size guideline chart that can serve as a general size guideline for helping you to find your correct size. Our sizing guides are located at the foot of every page beneath Customer Care.
How do I cancel/ change my order?
Upon receipt of your shipping confirmation email you may check on the status of your order. If the order has not yet shipped you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may update the status of your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or an item is missing?
Please contact us immediately if an item is damaged or missing.
If items are damaged we will cover the cost to return the item back to us to be repaired, replaced or refunded.
Missing items? Sometimes items may ship separately from different locations. Please check your shipping confirmation email to see what items have shipped.
An item is listed as sold out, Will you be getting more of it?
Once a product is marked as sold out this means it may no longer be restocked. There are circumstances where we may be able to bring an item back. If this were to happen we will be sure to make announcements via social media and our email newsletter. Just gotta know?! Contact us at email@example.com in regards to the sold out item(s).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery and exchanges within 14 days of delivery .
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped a shipping confirmation along with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at check out.
Do you have a store?
We currently do not have a physical brick and motor but we do participate in different events across the United States and Caribbean. Follow us on social media to see what were up to and where we're headed next!
Do you carry the same items online and in person when attending events?
Yes we do but there may be some unique items that have not been placed on the site for sale.
CUSTOM AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
Do you accept custom orders? Wholesale orders?
We are not always able to accept custom orders and only accept them for styles that we already create. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we are available.
