FAQ's
Most of our items listed in the shop are Made to Order. Please, allow 15-20 business days for making before delivery of your product from the date of your payment as everything is custom made just for you.
Shipping time estimate:
United States: 5 - 10 working days
Some products may not be exactly as seen in the photo, as they are handmade and all items are unique, for example... shoe pattern placement may vary slightly.
SHIPPING
Shipping is via United States postal services. Please ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is placed.
As soon as the payment is settled, we will prepare your order and send it to you.
Allow the appropriate amount of time to receive your order depending on where you live. If it takes too long to arrive and you have not received your order, please contact us and we will look into it.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If we've made a mistake, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP. On CUSTOM ORDERS, we CANNOT accept any exchanges or refunds.
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns. However, we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 14 day period of receiving them for a different item or different size, provided that the original piece is in original unworn condition and accompanied with a receipt. The customer will be responsible for shipping the return order. We recommend obtaining tracking for your return.
We can also give you store credit for a later date if that is more convenient to you. Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any damaged goods caused during the delivery.
